Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our bookings and by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

 

Booking policy:

 

• All payments are taken in full upon booking

 

• You must be 18 or over to make a booking

 

• If you don’t receive our confirmation email after booking, please contact us by mail or phone

 

• Confirmation of all booking will be sent by return on receipt of the payment.

• NO REFUNDS will be given for a cancellation by the guest less than 4 weeks from the holiday period.

​​

• Bookings are made on the understanding that occupancy of the property is for holiday purposes only, for only the period of time agreed and only the numbers of occupants booked in.

​

• The person booking is responsible for disseminating the appropriate information sent to them to others in the party. For example, these Terms and Conditions, the site list including directions, information pack within each pod. This is to ensure they are fully aware of the nature of the glamping site, health and safety issues, the wider woodland and all the facilities that are on site.

​​

• If for any reason beyond the owner’s control, the property is not available on the dates booked, all charges paid in advance by guests will be refunded in full (but guests have no further claim against the owners).

 

• We cannot accept any obligation or liability for any alteration or cancellation caused by civil strife, strikes, sickness, bad weather, technical transportation problems, or other circumstances.

 

• We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. if you want to stay one night only, please contact us by email: glampiocoed@gmail.com

 

Payment:

 

• Payment taken securely via Stripe. Payment is taken in UK Pounds Sterling only.

 

 

Arrival and Departure Times:

 

• The glamping pods are available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00am on the day of departure.

• If you require to arrive earlier than 3:00pm or stay longer than 10:00am, you are welcome to pay £10 every hour e.g check out 11:00am – pay £10 extra.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

• NO REFUNDS will be given for a cancellation by the guest less than 4 weeks from the holiday period.

 

• It may, if you wish, be possible to change the dates of your holiday, if there is availability. Rearrangements cannot be made less than 1 month prior to the commencement of your original booking.

 

 

Parking:

 

• A place to park your car (beside the pod) is available, this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft to your vehicle.

• When the field is wet, we ask customers to park their car in the car park and walk down to their pod.

 

Accident:

 

Please ensure that if you have an accident, that you report it to the owners for entry in the Accident Book immediately.

 

 

Communal areas and kitchen:

 

• All properties are strictly non-smoking.

​

• All accommodation, communal kitchen and shower block should be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found.

​

• The holiday maker under take to keep the premises and the furniture, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday, expecting fair wear and tear. We require compensation for damage, breakages or loss of items.

​

• We accept no responsibility for personal possessions either in the glamping pods or in cars parked outside the property.

 

Fire Hazzards:

​

1.  Log burners inside the glamping pods: never leave unattended when lit

2. Do not put BBQ on wooden decking outside of the pod

3. Do not put BBQ near the glamping pod

4. Firepit cannot be moved

 

AIRSOFT Site:

​

Coed Glamping is a site where there is an adventure activity taking place at some point of the day – AIRSOFT.

Guests are requested to keep away from the wooden gate near the main entrance. The owners cannot accept any obligation or liability for anyone who enters the AIRSOFT site.

 

Dogs:

 

• Well-behaved and controllable dogs are permitted on the site, but are not permitted to lie on the bed or sofa.

• Dogs must not be let alone either in the accommodation or anywhere on the site.

 

 

Group Bookings:

​

• If you are planning to have a noisy all night party then we are not the site for you.

​​

• It is essential that the entire group is made aware of the following Terms and Conditions.

 

• This responsibility lies with the person making the booking in order to ensure that the Terms and Conditions are adhered to.

PLEASE NOTE IF THE GROUP FAILS TO ADHERE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. WE ARE A LOW NOISE POLICY GLAMPING SITE.

Only those guests originally booked are permitted to stay on site. Any extra guests (adults or children) will only be permitted on site at the owner’s discretion.

Quiet background music is permitted until 10pm.

​

When enjoying yourselves here at Glampio Coed Glamping, particularly at night, please be considerate to your neighbours. If there are any complaints about your behaviour you will be given ONE warning. If you continue to be disruptive then you will be asked to leave the site.

If any property is damaged during your stay then please inform the owner immediately. Serious damage to property will result in the group being charged the full amount for a replacement.

Do not use any fireworks, sparklers or Chinese lanterns.
